The staff were incredibly friendly, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of options every morning. I especially enjoyed the chill-out area and evening musical activities by the lobby.

grupotel is in a fantastic location right by the beach! the shops, bars, and restaurants are just a quick 2-minute walk. the pools are great, especially the outdoor one. i enjoyed the massage service and the cleaning was top-notch.

I especially appreciated the chilled-out areas by the pool where I could relax, although the sound insulation in the rooms could be improved for a quieter night.

The bathroom in room 1401 lacks privacy, with other guests able to see inside through the window. Multiple guests reported discomfort due to the visible access via nearby stairwells. Additionally, air conditioning issues led to an uncomfortable stay for some, as the unit was ineffective and caused lingering mold smells that enhanced the unpleasant experience.

The Grupotel is ideally located moments away from Cala Gran beach, providing a serene environment for relaxation. The outdoor pool is clean, spacious, and a perfect area for unwinding after a day of work, while the comfortable bed ensured a good night’s sleep, enhancing my productivity during the trip.

The location couldn’t be more perfect, just a minute from a fine Cala. Every morning, I woke up to an very nice view, and the breakfast was SO good! I mean, the quality of the food was great, and the staff? Always friendly.

It wasn’t exactly cheap, but honestly, it was still acceptable for what you get.
